2. Data we process

• Order & shipping data: name, email, phone, address, and tax code/VAT number for invoicing.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe; the Site does not store card numbers.
• Messages sent via the contact form.
• Browsing data: aggregate statistics via a cookie-less analytics system; any third-party pixels load only after consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Managing orders, payments, shipping and support — performance of the contract.
• Tax and legal obligations — legal obligation.
• Site security and aggregate statistics — legitimate interest.
• Newsletter and promotions — consent (withdrawable at any time).

4. Recipients

Data is shared only with parties needed to provide the service: Stripe (payments), the courier (shipping), the hosting/email provider (On The Cloud S.r.l.) and, for the newsletter, the sending service. We do not sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Stripe) may process data outside the EU, under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention

Order and invoicing data is kept for the period required by law (generally 10 years for accounting documents). Other data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent. Write to info@ultrazak.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

8. Cookies

The Site uses technical cookies needed to function. Statistics are collected in aggregate form without profiling cookies. Any third-party tools load only after your consent via the banner.
