These Terms govern the sale of the works and products offered on https://ultrazak.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted them.
2. Products
The Site sells original artworks (unique pieces) and multiples/prints signed by the artist Akira Zakamoto. As these are handmade works, slight variations from the images (colour, texture) are normal and are not defects. Authenticity is described in the Authenticity section.
3. Prices
Prices are in Euro (€) and include any applicable taxes under the Seller’s tax regime. Shipping costs, where due, are shown before the order is placed or communicated by email. An invoice/receipt is issued on request.
4. Order and conclusion of the contract
Orders are placed via the cart and the checkout page. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email. The Seller may decline incomplete or suspicious orders, or orders for works no longer available (in which case any amount paid is refunded).
5. Payment methods
Accepted: credit/debit card and Satispay (securely processed via Stripe; card data never passes through the Site), bank transfer and cash on delivery. For bank transfer, the details and the reference (order number) are sent in the confirmation email; the work ships once payment is received.
6. Shipping and delivery
Works are shipped by courier to the address provided by the Customer. Times and costs are shown at checkout or communicated by email. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery (or delivery to a carrier chosen by the Customer).
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumer Customers may withdraw within 14 days, as described (with exceptions) on the Returns & Refunds page.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under EU/Italian consumer law. For defective products, contact the Seller at the email above.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
The contract is governed by Italian law; consumers keep the jurisdiction of their place of residence. The European Commission provides the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
