1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the work, without giving any reason.
2. How to exercise it
Within those 14 days, send a notice to info@ultrazak.com stating your order number and your wish to withdraw. We’ll reply with return instructions.
3. Returning the work
The work must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, intact, in its packaging and with any certificate of authenticity. We recommend a tracked, insured shipment: the work remains your responsibility until it reaches the Seller.
4. Return costs
Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed or in case of a defective/non-conforming product (see point 7).
5. Refund
Once we receive and check the work, we refund the amount paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalised works (e.g. commissions) and goods made to the Customer’s specifications, as per EU consumer law.
7. Defective or non-conforming products
If the work arrives damaged or non-conforming, contact us within a reasonable time with photos: we’ll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you, under the legal guarantee of conformity (24 months for consumers).
